A bit of royalty

This time I have an altered item for you . I altered this crown. originally it's a candle holder I bought at the Action (a low budget store) , I put some nice ribbons, pearls and lace on it and roses from Wild Orchid Crafts,I love their flowers and always use them on my work..I made this crown for the Wild Orchid Crafts Challengeblog ..I really like how it turned out and it will get a nice place in my home.

I made this one for the new challenge of The Ribbon Real ChallengeBlog..Jeanne is  our host this challenge and she choose a great picture for our inspiration..she want us to make a card or project using the colors  of the picture and add some burlap , I made a burlapflower uot od a burlap ribbon using a nestabiliti die.  Ontop a piece of lace, and a big pearl brad all the Ribbons , lace and burlap come from The Ribbon Real Shop..  YAAAAAY I got my new papersweeties stamps  today .So headed over to my craft room right away. I promised Debbie I would come and play  at the  papersweeties challenge and this is the card I made for this months challenge. I used the Pennant Partystamp set. Love those seperate little words . This way you can make your own sentiment fit to the purpose of the card.

 A while ago my dear friend Nicolevan Kalsbeek Verkooijen  asked me if I would make some projects using her new stamps....of course I would ..It took some time  but finally..here is number one. Nicole  designed a stamp set with beautiful dutch sentiments and some sweet little images to go with them. I love the font and the size is just perfect . You will be seeing more of them . A good way to start the week ..with a beautiful day..it's freezing  but the sun is shining and the sky is blue..

Let it snow

 I'm awfull late with this card  that I made for the Ribbon Real Challenge.The challenge this time is Winter Wonderland.Our host this week is Debbie  She wants us to make a card or project using the colors of the picture she gave us and add a snowman/snowflake , ribbon/twine/ trim. The challenge still continues for one week so you have time enought to enter your card.
