A Merry Christmas to You.

En hier dan kerst kaart nummer 2 voor de kerstkaarten challenge, weer een snelle simpele , zeker voor mijn doen maar dat is vooral omdat ik even bij moet werken, de twee voor Januarie zijn nu tenminste gedaan.

Op facebook ben ik mee gaan doen met een kerstkaarten challenge van Tiets Wolfart , 

Het is de bedoeling dat je elke maand 2 kerst kaarten maakt. Ik moet dus even flink aan de slag want eind maart moet ik er 6 afhebben. 

Nummer 1 is bij deze dus een feit.

I joined a  Facebook Christmas card challenge from Tiets Wolfart . You need to make two christmas cards every month. because I entered the challenge a little later I really need to step up to get in line with the others. at the end of March I must have finished 6 christmas cards.

And number one is now a fact. 

The Paper I used is from Maja design and the sentimentstamp from  Waltzing mouse.

Op het forum van de Scraptuin hebben we de draai hem rond challenge .

Ria kiest de sketch uit en wij maken hem , alleen draien we hem elk een kwart slag rond.

Super leuk en dit is de layout die ik ermee gemaakt heb.

De foto's heb ik van pinterest geplukt en het papier is van bleu fern. die bloemen zijn  van Prima
de chipboard woorden zijn van dusty attic en ik heb ze  met WOW black magic embossing peoder gedaan .. die zooo gaaf! Moet je zien,

 

Geweldig  toch ? 

Nou dit was het wel , vergeet niet mee te doen met de Maja Design loting!! Het kan nog steeds.  Klik op het give away plaatje in de zijbalk.

Hello , today it was my turn to give you some inspiration on the Maja Design blog.

And for that I made this valentine card. Using the Christmas Season  collection. 

Yes that's right I used a Christmas collection  for a valentine card.  And that's one of the tings 

I love about the Maja Papers,  you can use the collections for that specific time of the year or holiday, but also the whole year around for any occasion.

 

Here I have a close up for you .

As center piece I used a chipboard heart that I decorated with red polkadot  back side of  the Holly Jolly paper , distressed the edges and put a heart shaped lock on it.
I made a dangle with the key to the heart and attached it to the heart .
The flowers are from Prima Marketing and wild orchid crafts.
For the Card itself I used the back sides of : Deck the halls , Merry Night and Gift Shopping.

 This is  the moodboad of this month that inspired me to make this card . there is still time to play

Here I have to give you some inspiration  a minialbum I made a little while ago using this beautiful collection.

Hallo hier ben ik weer met een kaartje ,en tja Februari is toch de maand van de liefde dus een love kaartje deze keer. Een beetje in de valentijn mood.
 Het papier komt van de love story lijn van Prima , de basis hebik gestanst met postage frame van time Holtz, en het woordje Love is een gummiapan stans ( zulke leuke stanzen!!.
Het frame is van tattered angels en helaas nergens meer te koop .het hart heb ik uit chipboard gestanst met  sizzix hearts primative, wit geverft en toen beglittert,
Voor de ze kaart heb ik de sketch van Mojo Monday gebruikt. Het thema van The Paper Players
En ze gaat ook meedoen met  Through The Craftroomdoor .

Hou vooral mijn blog de komende maand in de gaten want ik heb deze maand een hele leuke give away!!

 Hallo , vandaag heb ik deze tag om te laten zien.

Het is de eerste tag voor de 12 tags of 2019  challenge van de Creatief met Kimya verpakkingen groep op Facebook. 

Hij is gemaakt met restjes van maya design papier.

Hello today I bring you this layout I made for my post on the Maja Design blog.

 

 

I didn’t use one specific collection this time , almost every piece of of paper I used for this layout are leftovers I saved from other projects I made.
Except for the base /background , for this I used Monochromes shades of Celebration -Vintage Teal and  Shades of Sofiero White/Sand.
I always keep every snippet , it’s such a waste to throw away these lovely papers.
I always will find a use for it , Ideal for making cards or a layered layout like this.
You can tuck small pieces behind another pieces and create the illusion of a larger piece that is peeking out from underneath it.
Here I have some close up for you.  The little frames come from the local dollarstore. Doily is made with a doily die from Tim Holtz

The flowers and leaves are from prima and 47 and market , I found the white sitcks in my chrismas decorations.Doily is made with doily die from Prima.

One more time Christmas.

 

First I want to wish you all a very Happy and creative New year. I hope you had a wonderful Holiday Season.
I’m having  a bit of a hard time to say goodbye to it. I always love that time of the year.
So one more Christmas post from me for closure and to start with the new year.

As you see no layout , card or minialbum but  a altered clock. I bought this  one a while ago at the dollar store , and is was waiting for the perfect opportunity  to come along .
When I got the latest collection Christmas Season collection I knew I had to use them for this project.
Here you have a closeup from the top of the clock.

And one close up from the bottom.  The christmas cards are cut out of the Greeting Cards sheet.

I hope you like my Clock. I'm going to  keep it at my craft room as a countdown to next Holiday season.
