Hello today I bring you this little notebook I use for my grocery lists. 

It had a plain boring craft cover so I thought let's make it pretty it is lies on my kitchen table so want it to be nice to look at. 

Only thing I need to do now is to remember to take the list with me.

So like I promised I would make more blogposts, This time a card in bleu and white using the Denim and Girls collection of Maja Design. This is one of my favorite collections, its so versatile and perfect match with the Denim and Friends collection.

It looks like we will have another hot day over here at Heemskerk , so I take my crafting outsideto the shade as it will be much to hot here at the attic in my "boudoir" 

Wish you all a very nice day enjoy the weather it will be cold and wet sooner than you think and than you wil be longing  for summer again.

Discover

Hello

Today it was my turn to host a blogpost at the Maja Design blog and I made  this Layout with lots of hydrangea. 

I really love hydrangea, I have a big pink one in my backyard and planted a white one as well, hope it will grow very big too.
In my frontyard I have a white one with big balls of tiny white flowers.
I own a lot of hydrangea flowers from prima marketing and wanted to really start using them so I decided to make this lay out filled with hydrangea.
I also wanted to use some real nature thing in it so I went out to my garden and gathered some old little branches and plants that I had put aside for the birds to use building their nests, sorry birdies but I will refill soon. It’s fun to use natural things  like this on your layout so I might go use it more often.
I made some tears on the edges of the top layer, distressed them so you can see the paper underneath and made stitches by hand on each side of it.

I also tucked some pink dried baby’s breath between the flowers, I love this delicate little flower,
  and always keep and dry them when I get those in a bouquet

                                                                               

For this layout I used the  vintage summer basics collection.


With this Lay out I also join the More than words challenge of this month.  The theme is Discover and use some old stash. My old stash are the flowers and the old nature stuff I used . I was inspired by the word discover. I went on a discovery trip thru my old stash and discovered the tin  containing the hydrangea. discovered I still love them and found it a little hard to use them . But I think that's what this challenge is all about, to finally use some of your old stash.

Wonder , Dream , Listen, look for the magic

Hello today I bring you this layout made with the wonderfull papers of Prima marketing. 

It was made a turn around sketch challenge of  the Scraptuin forum and I made it for the More than words challenge of this month, called Fantasy and wings. I took this picture of a sweet fairy and gave her wings I glittered with embossing powder.  I cut flowers out of an other sheet of pattern papers and tuck them between the layers to give my layout some  demension , as you can see on the pictures below.  for a little extra pizzazz I added some icebleu mini prills.

The chinese marks I made with a stamp and nuvo serenity blue embossing powder and also used that to add color tho the circle chippie from dusty attic.

 

This is the moodboard of the more than words challenge of march wich I join with this layout.

Hello , today it is my turn to make a blogpost over at the Maja design blog and I made this masculine card made with papers from the Denim and friends collection, and some car pictures from the vintage romance honeymoon sheet.
This card can be used for a birth day but also as a congratulations card for someone who just got his drivers license.
In fact I made this one with the intention to play along with challenge  that wanted a congratulations with your drivers license card, but you had to use the given sketch too.
I was so busy making this card I totally forgot about the sketch. Oh wel I just make another one .
With this card I play along with the Through the scraproom door challenge 

Hallo , vandaag is het weer mijn beurd om een blogpost te verzorgen op het Maja Design blog.
Ik heb deze mannen kaart gemaakt met de denim and friends collectie en wat auto plaatje van het vel honeymoon uit de vintage romance collectie.
Deze kaart kan gebruikt worden voor een verjaardag of als felicitatie kaart voor het behalen van je rijbewijs. Eigenlijk was het daar ook voor bedoeld , ik was hem aan het maken voor de challenge van de egel die is maak een gefeliciteerd met het behalen van je rijbewijs kaart en gebruik de gegeven sketch. Ik was zo bezig met die kaart dat ik de hele sketch dus vergat.
Nou ja maken we daar gewoon weer een andere voor.

Christmas.

En nog een kerst kaartje voor de challenge van Tiets op facebook , het eerste kaarte van Maart. Ik lig dus mooi op schema. Het kaartje is weer gemaakt met de kerst lijn van Stamperia.
